1. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel a confirmed tour booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following indicative cancellation schedule applies — your confirmed booking document will contain the exact applicable terms:

• More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus administrative processing fee [TO BE CONFIRMED]
• 15–30 days before travel: Partial refund [TO BE CONFIRMED]
• 7–14 days before travel: Partial refund [TO BE CONFIRMED]

2. Cancellation by Nature Tours & Travels

In exceptional circumstances (severe weather, force majeure, unavoidable operational issues), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund of advance payments made.

3. Amendment Fees

Changes to confirmed travel dates, destinations or group size after booking may incur amendment fees depending on timing and nature of change. Please contact us to discuss any amendments before they are confirmed.

4. Refund Processing
